When she moved in she started to notice big black spiders and got a bit scared then they appeared in her bath. Then next day there was loads of baby ones in the bath. Now she is not even living there cause she is too scared to go back!!!!! Is there anything you can do to help her?? Don't know whether to laugh or cry. The only food it can get access to is the food I have baited the traps with but it won't go near them. So, I am going to resort to plan B, it can't posibly fail....or at least I hope not. Bring on the snake !!! Have always wanted one and have heard that it should scare out the rat. Don't know how else to deal with a Mensa grade rat so i'm hoping that this'll do the trick. Hopefully having the snakes tank in the living room will at least prevent it from venturing back in there.
